About the role
Livspace is hiring a Product Marketing Manager for its Product team to drive the marketing, adoption and go-to-market for its technology platform. This is a pivotal role that requires a unique blend of understanding the users, business and technology as well as exhibiting a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.
Key responsibilities include:
Own the launch and marketing of products/features for Livspace’s community of users (design studios, vendors and customers) across geographies.
Drive awareness, interest and adoption of products and features by users.
Deeply understand your user base, using insights to inform your marketing strategy as well as being the champion for users among product, design and business stakeholders.
Formulate the messaging, positioning and branding for products/launches as part of the launch/ go-to-market plan and secure necessary stakeholder alignment to ensure that business and user goals are met.
Liaise with the creative team for the delivery of collaterals and creatives that will be used during the launch, training, adoption campaigns and more.
Manage campaigns on available platforms (Intercom, Mailchimp, etc.) including scheduling, analysis and reporting.
Lead UATs, launch webinars and give demos as needed.
Maintain the knowledge base for all products, features and programmes launched by you.
About you | The qualities we value
At least 2 years of prior experience working in a PMM role on platform/technology products.
Cross-functional understanding of marketing, user research, technology, communication, visuals, analytics and business.
Experience in user research, demonstrated as part of a previous role.
Strong interpersonal skills and thrive on stakeholder collaboration.
Great communicator, delighted by public speaking opportunities both online and offline.
Comfortable using common marketing tools such as Intercom, Mailchimp, Google analytics, etc. and learning a new one does not faze you.
Strongly data and analytics driven.
Stickler for meeting deadlines.
